philosophy
I embrace a systems-thinking approach to work and design. Systems thinking is based on the belief that the component parts of a system can best be understood in the context of relationships with each other and with other systems. Optimizing workflow means promoting healthy systems by collecting data, monitoring feedback loops and making incremental changes aimed at creating healthy systemic growth. Good design and workflow consider the strength of the relationship of the parts to determine the integrity of the whole.
