LHDB Scope: Retained as a subcontractor "project assistant" to help bring the project to completion. Assisted site superintendent and project manager by: managing subcontractors, estimating and coordinating the fabrication and installation of custom millwork, completing carpentry tasks, laying out MEP's and fixtures, performing site-specific drafting, RFI's and submittals, and engaging in daily problem-sloving discussions.
