LHDB Scope: Designed and built interior restaurant space. Transformed a street-level retail space into a high-end bar and eating area. Connected the new space to the existing kitchen and to the restaurant dining area located below grade. This highly ordered space was created in an historic multi-use building. Working to install code-compliant (and convert existing) mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems in very tight spaces, within a fixed timeline, while normal business operations were ongoing was challenging and well worth the effort.
