Louis brought his expertise in project management and design to the creation of our restaurant. As a former restaurant owner and operator for some of the Seacoast’s greatest dining destinations, he also brought knowledge from an extensive career in the restaurant industry; he has a great perspective on the process. During the build out of Thistle Pig it was interesting to see the vast arsenal of resources that Louis has collected. He seemed to have a source for everything we needed. Plumbers, electricians, drywall, flooring, and refrigeration contractors were always just a phone call away and it was very comforting to know that Louis always had a back up plan. At the end of the project, we did not want to see Louis go. He not only worked tirelessly at making our dream a reality, but he became our friend. We would recommend Louis to anyone that has an idea for a project that they would like executed with timeliness, creativity and heart.

LHDB Scope: Designed and built restaurant space. A young, talented couple embarking on their business venture needed assistance converting a tired space into a vibrant new destination restaurant on a limited budget. This space is constructed of salvaged wood, fixtures and various other materials found locally.
